Question: What is your Return policy?

Answer: Do to the nature of our products, there is not exchange or returns for hygienic reasons. 

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we do. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

(Please note, due to COVID-19, we might not be able to ship to certain countries and there might be delays)

 

Question: Where do I enter promo codes?

Answer: Promo codes can be entered at checkout.

 

Question: How long is order processing time?

Answer: Processing time is 2-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email or text once items have shipped.

 

Question: Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Answer: Unfortunately for security purposes, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed. 

 

Question: When are the out of stock products restocking?

Answer: We restock items regularly. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks! We also announce our restock dates via our Instagram account, @majestic_curves.
